Jyotish Vitran is an ed-tech platform hosting live astrology webinars and delivering specialized online courses. We are seeking two energetic, tech-savvy IT Support Interns to join our technical team. You will work directly under the supervision of our IT Support Head to manage platform access, resolve live webinar technical glitches, and ensure a smooth learning experience for our students.

- Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesCourse Access & User Onboarding: Manage user enrollments and ensure prompt access to course materials, recorded sessions, and learning portals after purchase.
- Webinar & Live Session Support: Assist the IT Head in setting up, monitoring, and troubleshooting live webinars (Zoom, Google Meet, or custom platforms).
- Technical Issue Resolution:



Address student inquiries regarding login issues, audio/video playback failures, payment platform access, or app navigation via call/WhatsApp/chat.
- System Operations & Maintenance: Maintain organized logs of support tickets, common technical issues, and platform bug reports.
- Learning & Up-skilling: Work closely with the IT Support Head to understand backend ed-tech workflows, CRM access management, and system infrastructure.

Technical AwarenessBasic understanding of web browsers, access management, Zoom/webinar software, and basic troubleshooting
