We are currently hiring for our Voice Process (Bengali + English) with 100% Work From Home.

- Resolve customer queries via voice calls

Job Details

- Contractual role until 31st October
- Fixed salary

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass and Graduates are also welcome)
- Minimum 6months of BPO experience (with documents like Offer letter, last 3 months of payslips and release letter)
- Freshers are also welcome

Work Details

- Work timing: 24×7 rotational shifts (Day and night shift)
- 5 working days with 2 rotational weekly offs
- Maximum age limit: 40 years
- 10 hours of logging, 9 hours working, 1 hours of break
- language: Bengali main and Basic English
- Contractual till 31st of Oct after that it depends on the performance and business requirements.

Skills Required

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Bengali
- No major MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) for voice process

Interview Process

- HR Round (Video Call; Aadhaar mandatory for WFH)
- Typing Test (Minimum 25 WPM / 90% accuracy)
- Final round (Google Meet; selfie with Aadhaar is mandatory)

Compensation

- Experienced Candidates: ₹230530 CTC (Approx. ₹14.4K in-hand/month)(Monthly CTC Approx: 19.2k) (Minimum 1year experience in Bpo required)
- Freshers: ₹205830 CTC (Approx. ₹12.4K in-hand/month)(Monthly CTC Approx: 17.1k)
