Job Description – E-commerce Executive

Position: E-commerce Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our online marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, and Etsy.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with product listings, order processing, dispatch coordination, inventory management, and marketplace account operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, update, and optimize product listings on Amazon, eBay, and Etsy.

- Manage product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, keywords, and variations.

- Monitor and process daily orders across all marketplaces.

- Coordinate order packing, shipping, and dispatch to ensure timely delivery.

- Track shipments and update order status on marketplace accounts.

- Manage inventory and ensure product availability across platforms.

- Handle customer queries, messages, returns, refunds, and order-related issues.

- Monitor marketplace account health, performance, and policy notifications.

- Coordinate with the warehouse/shipping team for smooth order fulfillment.

- Maintain daily sales, order, inventory,



and dispatch records.

- Identify listing errors and resolve marketplace-related issues.

- Perform routine day-to-day activities required to keep all e-commerce accounts running smoothly.

- Assist with promotions, pricing updates, and basic sales analysis.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace operations preferred.

- Hands-on knowledge of Amazon, eBay, and Etsy.

- Good understanding of product listing and order management.

- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

- Good communication and organizational skills.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple marketplace accounts and daily tasks independently.

- Experience with international e-commerce or selling in the US/UK markets will be an advantage.
