We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive who can manage both online customer inquiries (Instagram/WhatsApp) and walk-in customers at our detailing studio.

The candidate will be responsible for converting leads into bookings and delivering a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Online Sales:

- Respond to all Instagram & WhatsApp leads
- Handle inquiries online as well as offline
- Follow up with customers regularly
- Convert chats into confirmed bookings

In-Store Sales:

- Attend walk-in customers professionally
- Explain services like Car Spa, Ceramic Coating, and PPF
- Recommend suitable services based on customer needs
- Close deals and generate billing

Requirements

• Positive communication skills (Hindi, English & Gujarati required)

• Basic English understanding

• Experience in sales or customer handling

• Comfortable using WhatsApp & smartphone

• Confident, polite, and customer-friendly
