Senior Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding insurance products and policies.
- Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, renewals, and other details.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain daily call records and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales and calling targets.
- Guide and support junior telecallers when required.
- Maintain valuable customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Sales and convincing ability.
- Customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Prior experience in insurance/telecalling preferred.
