- Team Supervision: Monitor and guide field pest control technicians during daily operations.
- Route Management: Assign daily service routes and schedules to ensure effective travel and minimal downtime.
- Quality & Safety Control: Enforce safety regulations, proper pesticide handling, and the correct use of protective gear.
- Customer Support: Handle client inquiries or service complaints and explain treatment methods clearly.
- Inventory Tracking: Oversee equipment, tools, and chemical stocks to make sure everything is ready for field deployment.
- Reporting: Submit daily service logs and performance reports to senior management.
Mandatory
Travel & Mobility: Must know how to ride a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and possess a valid driving licence for field visits.
