Courier & Logistics Operations ExecutiveJob SummaryWe are looking for a Computer-savvy and responsible Courier & Logistics Operations Executive to handle day-to-day office operations related to parcel records, data entry, parcel tracking, customer coordination, and delivery status updates.

The role is primarily office-based and computer-oriented, where the candidate will maintain accurate parcel records and assist customers with their shipment-related queries.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update parcel/shipment records in the system.
- Perform daily data entry related to incoming and outgoing parcels.
- Track parcels and regularly check their current shipment/delivery status.
- Update shipment information in the computer/system accurately.
- Handle customer queries regarding parcel status, delivery location, expected delivery, and delays.
- Coordinate with delivery teams, couriers, and internal operations teams when required.
- Inform customers about the latest status of their parcels.
- Handle incoming customer calls/visitors at the office and provide proper shipment information.
- Check and verify parcel details such as tracking number, sender/receiver information, and delivery status.
- Maintain proper records of delivered,



pending, returned, delayed, or undelivered parcels.
- Follow up on delayed or pending shipments and coordinate for resolution.
- Prepare basic daily reports related to parcel movement and operations.
- Ensure all data and shipment records are updated correctly and on time.
- Perform other day-to-day courier and logistics office operations as assigned.
- Candidate RequirementsExperience in Courier, Logistics, Parcel, Dispatch, or Operations will be preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Comfortable with data entry and maintaining records.
- Good understanding of parcel tracking and shipment status.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Able to work on computers for extended periods.
- Should be attentive and accurate while entering parcel information.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / computer systems will be an advantage.
- Freshers with valuable computer knowledge can also be considered, if suitable.
