The role involves assisting customers, explaining our products and ensuring a smooth and pleasant in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers visiting the store
- Explain and recommend products based on customer needs
- Handle billing, POS operations, and cash management
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the store
- Support day-to-day retail operations as required
Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Valuable communication skills and a courteous attitude
- Ability to learn about products and guide customers confidently
- Basic knowledge of billing or POS systems
- Punctual, trustworthy, and well-presented
