Job: Merchandiser cum Ethnic Retail Sales (Female)
Location: Malsi, Dehradun
We are hiring a smart, well-spoken female candidate for our ethnic wear retail store. Role involves both merchandising and direct sales.
What we need:
- Female candidates only
- 2+ years of experience in retail sales/merchandising (ethnic wear preferred)
- Positive communication skills — should be able to talk confidently with customers
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing (posting products on Instagram/Facebook, engaging with customers online)
- Smart, presentable, and sharp — should be able to handle store visual merchandising (display, arrangement) along with sales
- Should be comfortable with day-to-day store operations, stock handling, and customer service
