About the RoleTruegrowth Realty LLP is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, understanding their property requirements, explaining suitable projects, generating site visits, and converting leads into successful sales.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads.
- Understand customers' requirements, budget, preferred location, and property preferences.
- Explain residential and commercial real estate projects to potential buyers.
- Generate and qualify leads through regular follow-up calls.
- Convince clients to schedule site visits and meetings with the sales team.
- Follow up with interested clients through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with the field sales team for site visits and client meetings.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely information.
- RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Strong Hindi communication; basic English is preferred.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or real estate will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and a positive attitude can also apply.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and WhatsApp.
- Ability to handle customer objections and convert leads into site visits.
