About the Role: We are looking for a Field Recruiter to drive the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of delivery partners for platforms such as Swiggy, Rapido and Urban Company. This is a highly field-oriented role focused on lead generation, local sourcing, candidate counselling, onboarding and first-order activation. The role requires someone who can independently build local networks, identify new sourcing channels, activate influencers and generate a consistent pipeline of delivery partner candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate delivery partner leads through field visits, referrals, local communities, colleges, residential areas, shops, NGOs, influencers and other local networks, with a focus on women riders.
- Build and activate referral networks and local sourcing channels to create a consistent pipeline of candidates.
- Counsel,



screen and convert candidates based on eligibility, location, vehicle availability, driving ability and willingness to work.
- Manage the candidate journey from documentation and onboarding to training and successful first-order activation, including regular follow-ups.
- Conduct local marketing activities and maintain accurate lead, onboarding and activation data in Google Sheets/CRM.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree with 1–2 years of experience in field recruitment, field sales, staffing, delivery partner hiring, customer acquisition or a similar role.
- Solid communication, counselling, persuasion and relationship-building skills, with the ability to generate leads independently.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel; own two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Minimum 3 languages, including Hindi and English; knowledge of a regional language is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel, with a target-oriented and self-driven approach to work.
