- Assist the cook in daily kitchen work.
- Prepare and arrange food items as instructed.
- Clean and maintain kitchen, utensils and equipment.
- Help with cutting, washing and basic food preparation.
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness.
- Assist in serving meals to patients and hospital staff.
- Follow hospital food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Manage kitchen supplies and inform supervisor about shortages.
