Work: run the fire-grill and assembly station, cook patties, build burgers and panuozzo to recipe spec, prep and portioning, hold speed and quality through service, keep the station clean and stocked. Prior line/kitchen experience preferred - we train on our recipes. Full time, immediate joining. Meals provided.
