Key Responsibilities

Business Generation & Sourcing

• Generate Home Loan and LAP leads through field visits, cold calls, and local reference networks

• Build and manage a strong connector network — DSAs, CAs, brokers, builders, and market influencers

• Conduct daily field visits to target localities, builder projects, and resale property markets

• Identify eligible customers through initial profiling, income assessment, and property evaluation

Loan Processing & Customer Onboarding

• Conduct initial customer profiling and collect KYC and income documentation

• Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, EMI structure, processing fees, and documentation requirements

• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing and sanction

• Ensure timely disbursement by following up on pending documents and approvals

• Guide customers through the end-to-end loan journey — from application to disbursal

Portfolio Quality & Compliance

• Maintain portfolio quality by sourcing creditworthy customers and conducting proper due diligence

• Follow up on early delinquency cases and ensure timely EMI collections in the initial months

• Ensure strict adherence to KYC norms, credit policies, and RBI/company compliance guidelines

• Maintain accurate daily productivity records — logins, sanctions, and disbursements

Target Achievement

• Achieve monthly Home Loan and LAP disbursement targets as assigned by the branch

• Track and report daily login, sanction, and disbursement metrics

• Maintain strong conversion ratio from lead to sanction to disbursal

Candidate Requirements

Mandatory

• Experience: 1–5 years of experience in Home Loan, LAP, or Mortgage Loan field sales

• Background: Prior experience in NBFC,



Housing Finance Company, or Small Finance Bank preferred

• Vehicle: Own vehicle (two-wheeler or four-wheeler) — field visits are daily and non-negotiable

• Knowledge: Basic understanding of credit underwriting, LTV norms, and loan documentation

• Sales Skills: Strong lead generation and conversion skills in a target-driven environment

• Communication: Positive communication in local language — ability to explain financial products clearly to customers

Preferred

• Existing connector/DSA network in the assigned territory

• Prior experience with home loan CRM or LOS (Loan Origination System) tools

• Knowledge of local property market, builder projects, and resale transactions

• Experience handling small ticket home loans (10–50 lakhs) in semi-urban or urban markets
