Travonx Global is a growing B2B Destination Management Company (DMC) providing travel solutions to travel agents across India. We specialize in international destinations including Bali, Dubai, Malaysia, Singapore and more.
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales Executive for the Madhya Pradesh market to build robust relationships with travel agents and generate B2B business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a network of travel agents across Madhya Pradesh.
- Generate new B2B business through calls, meetings and field visits.
- Regularly visit travel agencies and build long-term relationships.
- Present Travonx Global's destinations, products, offers and services to travel agents.
- Generate travel queries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Follow up regularly with existing and potential travel agents.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team for quotations, bookings and client requirements.
- Maintain proper records of agent meetings, leads and follow-ups.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential travel partners across Madhya Pradesh.
- Represent Travonx Global professionally and strengthen the company's presence in the Madhya Pradesh travel market.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 1–5 years in Sales / Business Development.
- Experience in the Travel & Tourism industry will be preferred.
- Experience in B2B sales, travel agencies, tour operators or DMC sales will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with travelling extensively across Madhya Pradesh for agent meetings.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work independently.
- Basic understanding of international travel destinations is preferred.
