Position : Store Manager Location : Gandhinagar, Gujarat Salary : 10,000 – 12,000 Job Description We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Store Manager to manage the inventory and day-to-day stock movement of medicines, raw materials, and packaging materials across different stores. Key Responsibilities • Maintain and monitor stock of medicines, raw materials, and packaging materials in different stores. • Handle inward and outward stock movement and ensure accurate stock records. • Physically check, count, and measure packages and materials received or issued. • Maintain individual stock cards manually and keep inventory records up to date. • Coordinate with the production team for production planning and ensure the required materials are available on time. • Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages, excess stock, or replenishment requirements. • Ensure proper organization, identification, and storage of materials. • Follow proper procedures for receiving, issuing, and maintaining inventory.



• Be comfortable working physically in the store and actively participating in daily store operations. Requirements • Ability to read and identify English names of products and materials. • Basic counting and mathematical skills required for stock management. • Valuable attention to detail and accuracy. • Responsible, disciplined, and organized approach to work. • Willingness to perform a hands-on store role, not an administrative or desk-only position. • Previous experience in a pharmaceutical, Ayurvedic, manufacturing, or warehouse store will be an advantage. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be physically active, responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling stock manually.
