- Handle US clients professionally through international voice calls.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential US clients.
- Understand client requirements and communicate relevant information clearly.
- Use strong convincing and communication skills to convert leads.
- Identify new B2B sales opportunities and support lead conversion.
- Maintain professional relationships with international clients.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and sales targets.
- Work effectively during night shifts to support international business operations.
- ⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Experienced International Voice Process Agent with 6+ months of relevant experience.
- Strong English communication and speaking skills.
- Good experience or ability in US client handling.
- Confident in international calling and telecalling.
- Strong convincing, lead generation, and lead conversion skills.
- Knowledge of B2B sales and international client communication.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working night shifts.
- Experience in International BPO / Voice Process will be preferred.
- ? SALARY & INCENTIVES:
- ? Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000/month
- ? Salary will be based on skills & experience
