Experience : Minimum 5 years

Age : 25 – 35 years

Qualification : Any Graduate

Profile:

· To understand requirement of clients

· Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

· Perform job and task analysis as per job requirements and objectives

· Prepare advertisement material and post jobs to appropriate job portals / newspapers etc

· Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media and job portals.

· Screen candidates resumes and job applications





· Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools / methods to filter candidates within schedule

· Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

· Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

· Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Valuable Communication and Computer Skills
