Key Responsibilities

• SLP & Loss Prevention

• CCTV monitoring & investigation

• NL/SLP loss tracking and recovery

• SOP compliance & station audits

• Missing shipment investigation

• Coordination with Operations & DAs

Required Skills

• Strong investigation & analytical skills

• Good CCTV monitoring & evidence analysis

• Knowledge of SLP / Loss Prevention processes

• Positive communication & coordination skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel & reporting

• Ability to identify SOP/process gaps

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
