Reports to: Sales Manager (Amit)

What You'll Do:

- Visit customer plants (factories, workshops, machine shops) to assess lubrication/cutting oil needs
- Troubleshoot oil-related issues (breakdowns, contamination, performance)
- Recommend right product type + quantity based on machinery type
- Train customers on proper oil handling, storage, disposal
- Monitor customer oil consumption + manage reorder cycles
- Coordinate with sales team on supply delivery

What We Need:

- 10th-12th pass minimum
- Mechanical interest (can read machine manuals, understand machinery basics)
- Comfortable visiting industrial plants
- Own bike/scooter
- Willing to learn lubricant chemistry on the job
- Can explain technical stuff in easy terms to customers
