Job SummaryWe are looking for a CCTV Technician to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV and other electronic security systems. The candidate should have hands-on technical knowledge and be comfortable visiting customer sites for installation and service work.

- Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and configure IP and Analog CCTV cameras.
- Install and configure DVR/NVR systems.
- Perform CCTV cabling, wiring, termination, and testing.
- Configure IP cameras and basic network settings.
- Troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, power supply, storage, and connectivity issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown service.
- Visit customer sites for installation and service requirements.
- Maintain proper installation and service reports.
- Coordinate with the Service Coordinator and Operations Manager.
- Provide basic training to customers on CCTV system operation.
- Handle technical complaints and resolve issues within the given timeline.

- IP & Analog cameras




- DVR/NVR configuration
- Basic networking – TCP/IP, LAN, Switch, Router & PoE
- CAT6 cable laying and RJ45 termination
- Camera positioning and testing
- Basic knowledge of Access Control and Biometric Systems
- Basic knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems is an advantage
- QualificationsITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related technical field.
- Candidates with relevant hands-on experience may also be considered.
- Experience1–3 years of experience in CCTV installation, maintenance, or technical service.
- Experience with CP Plus, Hikvision, Dahua, or similar CCTV products is preferred.
- Additional RequirementsGood communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to travel to customer/project locations.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
