Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and responsible Field Service Engineer who will handle in office installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and replacement of GPS tracking devices, fuel sensors, camera systems, and related vehicle telematics equipment at client locations. The candidate must be technically sound, field-ready, customer-friendly, and capable of working independently.

Key

Responsibilities1. Installation

& Deployment· Installation of GPS tracking devices, fuel level sensors, MDVR/vehicle camera systems, panic buttons, RFID readers, and temperature sensors.

· Proper wiring and fitting inside vehicles including cars, trucks, buses, and heavy equipment.

· SIM card installation and network configuration.

· Testing device connectivity with server/software.

· Calibration of fuel sensors.

2. Maintenance

& Troubleshooting· Diagnose device issues such as offline GPS, inaccurate fuel readings, camera recording failures, and wiring faults.

· Replace defective devices or components.

· Repair wiring and connectors.

· Perform preventive maintenance visits.

· Ensure uptime as per SLA standards.
