Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages as per standard recipes.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, temperature, and quality.
- Handle customer orders and provide friendly, productive service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment.
- Manage coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other inventory.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Recommend coffee options to customers based on their preferences.
- Support the team in maintaining smooth day-to-day café operations.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques.
- Experience with espresso machines and grinders.
- Good understanding of coffee beans, blends, and beverage recipes.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a café, coffee shop, restaurant, or hospitality environment preferred.
