We are looking for energetic, customer-focused and responsible individuals to join The Belgian Waffle Co. as Cafe Staff/Team Members. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving food & beverages, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day cafe operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers with orders and queries.
- Prepare waffles, beverages and other menu items as per company standards.
- Handle billing, cash and digital payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cafe and work area.
- Manage inventory and ensure proper stock availability.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and operational guidelines.
- Work effectively with the cafe team during busy hours.
- Support daily opening and closing activities.

Eligibility:

- Freshers are welcome.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in adaptable shifts.
- Previous cafe/QSR experience is an advantage.
