Job Description:

We are looking for a Service Consultant with excellent communication skills to join our team at Kings Royal Riders, an authorized Royal Enfield dealership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing expert advice on vehicle services, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience throughout the service process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a qualified manner
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs required for vehicles
- Address customer concerns and ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain accurate service records and update customer information

Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Royal Enfield motorcycles is a plus
- Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail
