My client, a leading organisation in the Environment & Sustainability space, is currently looking for a Salesforce Certinia Consultant to join their growing team.

Role Overview

They are looking for an experienced Salesforce Certinia Consultant with strong functional expertise in Salesforce and Certinia (formerly FinancialForce). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience supporting Certinia implementations, data migration, go-live activities, and collaborating with business stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support Salesforce and Certinia solutions based on business requirements.
- Work closely with business users and third-party implementation partners during implementation and go-live activities.
- Manage and support data uploads, data migration, validation, and reconciliation during deployments.
- Understand and configure standard Salesforce objects including Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Projects, and related custom objects.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce Flows and business process automation.
- Support Certinia modules including Project Management, Time & Expense, Resource Management, Estimates,



and Project Financials.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document processes, and support system enhancements.
- Ensure data quality and maintain system integrity throughout implementation and BAU activities.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of Salesforce experience.
- Hands-on experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) .
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and standard objects.
- Experience with Salesforce Flows .
- Experience in data uploads, data migration, and data validation .
- Experience supporting implementation, go-live, or system rollout activities.
- Good understanding of:
- Project Management
- Time & Expense Management
- Estimates
- Resource Management
- Opportunities & Project Lifecycle
- Experience working with third-party vendors and business stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred

- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Certinia (FinancialForce) implementation or administration experience.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
