Role Description The Account Manager role at Innovative Pest Control is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhimavaram. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, coordinating service schedules with field teams, tracking service delivery, and resolving issues in a timely manner. The Account Manager will prepare proposals, follow up on leads, and support sales efforts by identifying opportunities to expand services and upsell solutions.



This position also involves maintaining accurate records in company systems, monitoring account performance, and collaborating with operations and finance to ensure smooth service and billing processes.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage customer relationships, handle inquiries professionally, and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Skill in coordinating with internal teams, organizing schedules, and ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
- Strong communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation skills.
- Basic proficiency with office software and CRM or customer management systems to track accounts and prepare reports.
- Comfort working on-site in Bhimavaram and collaborating in a team-based setting.
- Prior experience in account management, customer service, or sales, preferably in services or facility management, is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory when supported by relevant experience.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
