Skyllzo is looking for an experienced and target-driven sales professionals from the Education / EdTech space to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students and working professionals, understanding their career and educational requirements, recommending suitable programs, handling objections, and converting qualified leads into successful enrolments.

Academic Counsellors – 2 Positions

Location: Nehru Place, Recent Delhi

Experience: 1+ Years

Industry: Higher Education / EdTech / University Programs

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 in-hand per month + Incentives

Employment Type: Full-time / Mon - Sat

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand student requirements, career goals, educational background, and decision-making factors.
- Explain university programs, eligibility, curriculum, duration, fees, and other relevant details.
- Follow a consultative approach to guide prospects towards the right program.
- Handle objections related to fees, program value, university, career opportunities, and competition.
- Conduct timely and structured follow-ups throughout the admission journey.
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrolments.
- Achieve monthly enrolment, conversion, and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead/CRM records and provide regular sales updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for applications, documentation, payments, and admissions.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, Admissions, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
- Robust preference for candidates with experience handling University / Higher Education Programs.
- Excellent communication, counselling, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.




- Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment.
- Working knowledge of CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and email.
- Fluent communication in English

Team Lead – Academic Counselling – 1 Position

Location: Nehru Place, New Delhi

Experience: 3+ Years

Industry: Higher Education / EdTech / University Programs

Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 in-hand per month + Incentives

Employment Type: Full-time / Mon - Sat

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach and mentor the counselling team
- Own individual + team sales targets
- Drive admissions, conversions and revenue
- Monitor calling, follow-ups, pipeline and team performance
- Conduct regular performance reviews and improve team productivity
- Support the team in handling objections and complex cases

Requirements:

- 2–4+ years of experience in Academic Counselling / EdTech / Education Sales
- Prior experience managing a counselling / sales team
- Strong understanding of University / Higher Education admissions
- Proven track record of achieving individual & team targets
- Strong leadership, communication and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Fluent communication in English
