Title: Company Secretary

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai.

Experience: 4–8 Years

Qualification: Qualified Company Secretary (CS) preferred; LLB an added advantage

Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on Company Secretary to own secretarial and regulatory compliance end-to-end. The role will cover Companies Act, 2013, ROC/MCA and RBI/NBFC compliances, working closely with business and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end secretarial and Companies Act compliances , including Board/Committee/General Meetings, minutes, resolutions and statutory registers.
- Handle MCA/ROC filings , annual and event-based compliances, director-related filings and share capital matters.
- Manage RBI/NBFC regulatory compliances , returns, reporting and compliance calendar.
- Track and implement applicable RBI Master Directions, KYC/AML, Fair Practices Code and Digital Lending Guidelines .
- Draft and review policies, regulatory correspondence, loan documentation, KFS and customer-facing communications.
- Coordinate with RBI, ROC, RTAs, auditors,



legal counsel and other external stakeholders .
- Support internal/statutory audits and regulatory inspections.
- Partner with Credit, Operations, Product, Technology and Finance teams to embed compliance into business processes.
- Review new products, partnerships and digital journeys from a regulatory and compliance perspective.

Ideal Profile:

- 4–8 years of experience in secretarial/regulatory compliance, preferably with an NBFC, bank, fintech or CS firm handling NBFC clients.
- Strong working knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 and RBI/NBFC regulations.
- Hands-on experience with MCA/ROC and RBI filings.
- Strong drafting and documentation skills.
- High ownership, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, lean and evolving environment.
- Practical, commercially aware and solution-oriented approach to compliance.
