We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager with mandatory hands-on experience in the Blockchain, Web3, or Crypto industry .

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and growing the company's social media presence while coordinating closely with content creators, designers, videographers, and editors.

You should understand Blockchain/Web3 audiences, terminology, industry trends, and community culture and know how to translate technical topics into engaging social media content.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage the weekly and monthly social media calendar .
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram,



YouTube, Telegram, and other relevant platforms .
- Develop social media strategies specifically for Blockchain, Web3, Crypto, AI, and technology audiences .
- Coordinate briefs and content requirements between content creators, designers, videographers, and video editors .
- Manage daily comments, audience engagement, messages, and platform interactions.
- Create content ideas around Blockchain/Web3 developments, products, industry trends, company updates, and campaigns .
- Identify trending Blockchain/Web3 conversations and quickly convert relevant trends into content opportunities.
- Develop ideas for Reels, Shorts, carousels, educational posts, announcements, thought-leadership content, and campaigns .
- Maintain consistency in the company's brand identity, messaging, tone, and visual communication.
- Monitor competitors, Blockchain/Web3 projects, influencers, KOLs, and relevant industry conversations.
- Track social media performance, including reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth, video performance, and audience interaction .
- Analyze performance data and continuously improve the content strategy.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Community, Business Development, and other internal teams for campaigns, launches, and announcements.
- Prepare regular social media performance reports.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–4+ years of Social Media Management or Digital Marketing experience.




- Previous professional experience within Blockchain, Web3, Crypto, DeFi, exchanges, or a closely related industry is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Blockchain, Web3, Crypto, DeFi, wallets, tokens, and the wider digital-asset ecosystem .
- Strong understanding of X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, and Web3 social culture .
- Proven experience managing company/brand social media accounts and content calendars.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on Blockchain and Web3 trends .
- Strong content planning, copywriting, communication, and coordination skills.
- Experience working with designers, content creators, videographers, and editors .
- Good understanding of social media analytics, algorithms, engagement strategies, and platform performance.
- Experience with Canva and social media scheduling/analytics tools would be beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Performance will be measured through social media growth, engagement rate, reach and impressions, content consistency, content calendar execution, audience interaction, campaign performance, video performance, brand visibility, response time, and month-on-month platform growth .
