Technical Lead for Ideateq

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Leader who can lead technology initiatives from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on builder, architect, mentor, and strategic technology leader capable of designing, developing, and scaling modern software products while leading engineering teams toward successful execution.

The individual will work closely with the Technical Director/Management as a trusted technology partner, helping shape the company's technology strategy, product direction, engineering culture, and long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, architecture, development, deployment, and management of software products and platforms.
- Define and implement scalable, secure, reliable, and future-ready technology solutions.
- Own the overall technical architecture and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Drive product development from idea to execution while maintaining high engineering standards.




- Take complete ownership of technology delivery, quality, timelines, and execution.
- Lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams to achieve high performance and accountability.
- Establish engineering best practices, development standards, code quality frameworks, and technical governance.
- Evaluate, recommend, and adopt emerging technologies to create competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with product, business, and leadership stakeholders to translate vision into technical roadmaps.
- Architect solutions that are scalable, secure, adaptable, maintainable, and performance oriented.
- Guide frontend, backend, cloud, mobile, and AI-driven product development initiatives.
- Work directly with the Technical Director/Management as a strategic technology partner , driving the company's technology vision, product roadmap, architecture decisions, innovation strategy, engineering excellence, and long-term growth.

Required Technical Skills

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in:

- Node.js, React, TypeScript, MongoDB, Python
- REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, Modern Frontend Frameworks, Backend Technologies
- Cloud Platforms (Specifically AWS)
- Mobile Application Architecture,



DevOps and CI/CD Practices
- Database Design and Optimization, Application Security, Performance Engineering, System Scalability and Reliability

AI & Modern Development Expectations

The candidate should be well-versed in modern AI-assisted software development practices and tools.

Experience Requirements

- 12+ years of software development experience.
- Significant experience leading architecture, engineering, and product development initiatives.
- Proven track record of building and scaling SaaS products, enterprise applications, or technology platforms.
- Experience managing and mentoring engineering teams.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex products from concept through production.
- Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices and emerging technology trends.
