Job Overview

Sumiram Sai Realtors is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR policies. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the real estate industry and a strong understanding of sales-driven organizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate sales, telecalling, CRM, accounts, and support roles.
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard suitable candidates.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and processes.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.
- Monitor employee performance and coordinate Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when required.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate with management and department heads on manpower planning.




- Ensure compliance with applicable labour and employment regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and recruitment/performance dashboards.
- Support management in developing a positive and productive work culture.
- Manage HR-related communication and ensure smooth coordination between employees and management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of HR experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Real estate industry experience is compulsory.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience in handling sales recruitment and high-volume hiring will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and HR systems.
- Ability to independently manage HR operations.
