Site Supervisor – Electrical & Solar Works

Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising and coordinating electrical and solar installation works at project sites, ensuring work is completed safely, correctly, on schedule, and according to approved drawings and specifications.

- Key Responsibilities : Supervise daily electrical and solar installation activities at site.
- Coordinate electricians, solar technicians, subcontractors, and other site workers.
- Ensure installation of solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, DC/AC cables, earthing, protection systems, and related equipment as per drawings.
- Supervise electrical wiring, cable laying, termination, DB/panel installation, and testing.
- Check work quality and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor material requirements, deliveries, storage,



and usage at site.
- Take measurements and maintain daily work progress reports.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, clients, and contractors.
- Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, PPE, and safety procedures.
- Conduct/assist with testing and commissioning of electrical and solar systems.
- Maintain site records, checklists, inspection reports, and as-built information.
- Ensure work is completed within the planned schedule and required quality standards.
- Report daily progress, manpower, material requirements, and site problems to the Project Engineer/Manager.
