Position: Team Member – All Rounder

Department: Café Operations

Reporting To: Team Leader / Outlet Manager

- Key ResponsibilitiesKitchen: Food preparation, cooking assistance, plating, packing, and maintaining kitchen hygiene.
- Coffee: Prepare coffee, hot & cold beverages as per recipes and quality standards.
- Billing: Handle POS billing, cash/card/UPI payments, and maintain billing accuracy.
- Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, serve food & beverages, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Online Orders: Manage Zomato/Swiggy and other online orders, ensure correct packing and timely handover.
- Service: Table service, order coordination, clearing tables, and maintaining service standards.
- Cleaning & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness of café, kitchen, counter, equipment, tables, and common areas.
- Stock & Preparation: Assist in stock checking, FIFO, daily preparation,



and reporting shortages.
- Sales: Suggestive selling, upselling, promoting products, and achieving individual/outlet sales targets.
- Team Support: Support other team members and perform duties across departments as assigned.
- Opening & Closing: Assist with outlet opening/closing activities, cleaning, cash handover, and equipment checks.
- Follow all company SOPs, food safety, grooming, hygiene, discipline, and operational standards.

Core RequirementThe Team Member must be versatile to work across Kitchen, Coffee, Billing, Service, Online Orders, Cleaning, and Customer Handling based on the operational requirement of the café.
