*Job Title:* Telesales Executive

*Salary:* ₹10,000 - ₹50,000 per month + performance incentive

*Experience:* Minimum 1 year in telesales

*Work Mode:* Office-based

*Responsibilities:*

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and convert leads into appointments/sales

- Explain clinic services, offers, and treatment packages to customers

- Maintain and update customer database and follow-up regularly

- Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information

- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

- Coordinate with front desk and sales team for closures

- Maintain call reports and sales tracker

*Requirements:*

- Minimum 1 year experience in telesales / telemarketing is mandatory

- Good communication skills in Hindi, English & Marathi

- Confident, convincing, and target-oriented

- Basic computer knowledge

- Immediate joiners preferred
