Startek – Customer Support (Voice Process) | PhonePe-IB

Startek is hiring for the Customer Support – Voice Process for the PhonePe-IB process in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions over calls.

- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Follow company processes and quality standards.

- Communicate effectively with customers in English and Hindi.

Eligibility:

- Any Graduate

- Freshers & Experienced both can apply

- Fluent English communication is mandatory

- Hindi is mandatory

- Versant Level 4

- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills

Job Details:

- Location: Shivajinagar, Bangalore

- Work Mode: Work from Office

- Working Days: 6 Days | Rotational Week Off

- Shift: Females: 8 AM–8 PM | Males: 8 AM–12 AM
