Job Description

We are looking for a Plant HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities at our manufacturing/food-processing plant.

- ResponsibilitiesHandle plant HR operations and employee relations.
- Manage daily attendance, shifts, leave, overtime, and absenteeism.
- Handle recruitment and manpower requirements for workers, operators, technicians, and staff.
- Conduct joining formalities, induction, and employee documentation.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, discipline, and workplace issues.
- Coordinate with payroll/accounts for monthly salary processing.
- Maintain employee records, HR reports, and personnel files.
- Coordinate PF, ESI, statutory compliance, and labour-related documentation.
- Handle contract labour and manpower agency coordination.




- Support employee welfare and engagement activities.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and HR requirements.
- Support audits, inspections, training programs, and HR initiatives.
- Manage plant administration activities such as canteen, transport, housekeeping, security, uniforms, and employee facilities.
- RequirementsGraduate with MBA/PGDM/MSW/MHRM in HR preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Plant HR / Manufacturing HR.
- Experience in handling workmen and contract labour preferred.
- Knowledge of attendance, payroll coordination, PF, ESI, and labour laws.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
