We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to independently handle the complete accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance work of the company.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle complete day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
- Maintain accounts in Tally Prime and ensure proper ledger entries.
- Manage Purchase, Sales, Expenses, Receipts, Payments and Journal entries.
- Prepare and file GST Returns – GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and other applicable GST returns.
- Handle GST reconciliation, Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation and GST-related compliance.
- Handle TDS calculation, deduction, payment and TDS return filing.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Vendor and Customer Ledger Reconciliation.
- Maintain Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare and check invoices, debit notes and credit notes.
- Handle E-Invoicing and E-Way Bills, wherever applicable.
- Maintain project/site-wise expenses and accounting records.
- Maintain records of advances, outstanding payments and recoveries.
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and MIS reports.




- Assist in finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
- Coordinate with CA/Auditor for GST, Income Tax, Audit and annual return requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for statutory and tax compliance.
- Monitor due dates and ensure all statutory returns and payments are completed on time.
- Should be capable of handling the complete accounts of the company independently.
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST and TDS.
- Valuable knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
- Experience in GST return filing and reconciliation.
- Good command over Excel including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and basic accounting reports.
- Experience in a Construction/Contracting Company will be preferred.
- Knowledge of project-wise accounting, contractor/vendor bills and work-related expenses will be an added advantage.
