We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Field Reporter Intern who is interested in news, current affairs, interviews, and on-ground reporting. The intern will be responsible for collecting information, conducting interviews, and creating engaging field-based content.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit different locations for on-ground reporting and coverage.
- Gather information, facts, and updates from the field.
- Conduct interviews with people, local sources, and relevant individuals.
- Prepare short reports, news updates, and field stories.
- Stay updated with local events, trends, and current affairs.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident personality with the ability to interact with people.
- Positive command of English and/or Bengali/Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of news reporting and current affairs.
- Comfortable travelling to different locations within Kolkata.
- Basic smartphone photography/videography skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related students/freshers are preferred.
