MoonAir Home Appliances Pvt. Ltd., an air cooler manufacturing company, is hiring an Accountant for its Ghaziabad (Meerut Road) unit.
Key responsibilities:
- Day-to-day accounting entries in Tally (purchase, sales, journal, payment, receipt)
- GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS working and challan payments
- Bank reconciliation and vendor / customer ledger reconciliation
- Accounts payable and receivable follow-up
- Invoicing, e-way bills and dispatch documentation
- Coordination with stores for purchase and stock records
- Support for monthly MIS, statutory filings and audit
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS
- Graduate (B.Com or equivalent preferred)
