About the Role

Sai Early Learners is a growing toy and educational products manufacturing company with both domestic and export operations. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior Accountant who can independently manage and take ownership of the company’s day-to-day accounting, taxation, banking, compliance, inventory and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage complete day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping in Tally Prime, including sales, purchases, payments, receipts, journals, expenses and credit/debit notes.

* Handle GST, TDS, taxation, e-invoicing, e-way bills and statutory compliance, including GST/ITC reconciliations.

* Manage banking and reconciliations, including bank, vendor and customer ledgers, payment tracking and outstanding follow-ups.

* Handle domestic and export accounting, including export invoices, shipping documentation, LUT, BRC/FIRC and foreign currency transactions.

* Manage receivables and payables, including ageing reports and vendor/customer reconciliation.

* Work closely with production and warehouse teams on inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, material consumption,



wastage and product costing.

* Handle accounting for job work, material movement and inter-unit transactions.

* Prepare Trial Balance, P&L;, Balance Sheet, cash-flow/fund reports, MIS and management reports.

* Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, vendors, customers and consultants for audits, filings and financial matters.

* Maintain complete, accurate and audit-ready financial records.

Required Skills

* Minimum 5 years of hands-on accounting experience

* Strong proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel

* Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS and taxation

* Experience with manufacturing accounts, inventory and costing

* Understanding of domestic and export transactions

* Robust reconciliation, reporting and compliance skills

* Comfortable using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other AI tools to improve productivity, analyse data and streamline routine work

* Strong attention to detail, ownership and ability to work independently

Experience in manufacturing, toys, educational products, FMCG, trading or export-oriented businesses will be strongly preferred.

This is a hands-on role requiring independent ownership of day-to-day accounting operations. Strong practical company-accounting experience—not just data entry—is essential.
