Job Description

RAKESH K S & ASSOCIATES is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant who can independently manage end-to-end accounting and statutory compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a CA Firm and be capable of handling accounts single-handedly. Experience with GST laws practical and theoretical must, TDS PF, ESI, and PT Working calculation and filing experience, MIS monthly reporting, book keeping Initiatation to reports (i.e. Entry to reporting) billing, sales, purchase accounting, and statutory compliance is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Handle complete accounting and bookkeeping activities.

Manage sales, purchase, and billing transactions.

Prepare and file GST returns and ensure GST compliance.

Handle PF, ESI, TDS, and other statutory compliances.





Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.

Prepare financial reports, MIS, and support audits.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and government departments.

Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of GST, PF, ESI, TDS, and accounting principles.

Hands-on experience with Tally and MS Excel.

Ability to independently manage accounts and compliance work.

Valuable analytical and communication skills.

Experience in a Chartered Accountant (CA) Firm is mandatory.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter Preferred

5–7 years of relevant accounting experience
