1. Brand Strategy & Brand Building

Develop and execute the overall Brand Strategy

Define brand positioning, target consumers and market approach

Develop long-term strategies for brand awareness, visibility and growth

Maintain consistent brand identity across all channels

Analyse competitors, market trends and consumer behaviour

Identify new opportunities for brand expansion

2. Digital Marketing

Plan and execute Digital Marketing Strategy

Manage Social Media Marketing and digital campaigns

Coordinate with digital marketing agencies and external partners

Plan content, campaigns, promotions and customer engagement activities

Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions and ROI

Develop strategies to improve digital brand visibility

3. E-Commerce & Marketplace Business

Responsible for developing and growing the brand across:

Amazon

Flipkart

Nykaa

Other relevant marketplaces

Company's own E-Commerce channels / website

Responsibilities include:

Marketplace strategy

Product listing and optimisation

Pricing and promotional planning

Marketplace visibility

Sales growth

Product ranking and conversion improvement

Campaign planning

Marketplace performance analysis

Coordination with marketplace agencies/partners

4. Online Sales & Performance Marketing

Develop online sales strategies

Plan promotional campaigns and offers

Coordinate performance marketing activities

Monitor traffic, leads, conversion and customer acquisition

Improve online sales performance and profitability

Analyse customer behaviour and purchase patterns

5. Offline Sales & Retail Development

Develop strategies for offline market expansion

Support retail sales development

Develop retail and channel opportunities

Coordinate with distributors and sales teams

Identify new markets and sales opportunities

Support expansion of product availability and market penetration

6. Distributor & Channel Development

Develop and support distributor/channel strategies





Coordinate with distributors and sales teams

Assist in developing new distribution opportunities

Monitor territory and channel performance

Develop promotional strategies for distributors and retailers

Maintain healthy coordination between brand, sales and distribution teams

7. Product Launch & Promotions

Plan and execute New Product Launches

Develop launch strategy and promotional plans

Coordinate product communication and marketing materials

Plan promotional campaigns and brand activations

Monitor launch performance

Recommend improvements based on market response

8. CRM & Customer Engagement

Develop Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies

Maintain customer engagement and retention initiatives

Analyse customer feedback and complaints

Identify customer preferences and buying behaviour

Develop repeat-purchase and loyalty strategies

Coordinate CRM activities across online and offline channels

9. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

Monitor cosmetic and beauty market trends

Study competitor brands, products, pricing and promotions

Identify market gaps and opportunities

Prepare market intelligence reports

Recommend new products, campaigns and commercial strategies

10. Business Growth & Reporting

Prepare monthly/quarterly marketing and business plans

Track brand sales and growth

Monitor marketing expenditure and ROI

Analyse channel-wise performance

Present performance reports and growth recommendations to management

Work closely with management to achieve overall business objectives

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The candidate should demonstrate:

Strong understanding of Cosmetics / Beauty / FMCG

Experience in Brand Management

Strong Digital Marketing knowledge

E-Commerce and Marketplace understanding

Understanding of both Online and Offline Sales

Solid analytical and strategic thinking

Commercial and business-growth mindset

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to manage agencies, distributors and internal teams

Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
