- We are looking for a recruiter with 1+ years of relevant experience, preferably from the semiconductor domain.
- We can consider recruiters with solid experience in high-volume hiring for business/qualified roles also.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for contract Non-IT roles within India.
- Utilize job portals such as Naukri, Monster, JobDiva, social media, and internal databases for candidate sourcing
- Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Negotiate salary packages.
- Ensure timely submission of quality profiles to meet client SLAs
- Maintain and update candidate information in ATS/internal recruitment systems
