About Adventure Diaries Adventure Diaries is a travel community and experience brand built around one easy idea: “Where Strangers Become Friends.” We create unique group trips, experiences, and communities that bring people together through travel. We’re looking for a Co-Founder who can help us build and scale Adventure Diaries from the ground up. What you’ll work on: Build and execute growth & marketing strategies Build partnerships with hotels, travel brands, influencers & creators Develop and grow the Adventure Diaries community Plan and launch new trips & experiences Take ownership of business development and operations Work closely with the Founder on overall strategy Ideal Co-Founder: Entrepreneurial mindset and strong ownership Strong communication & networking skills Passion for travel and community building Comfortable working in an early-stage startup Willing to take risks and build from zero Previous startup, travel, marketing, sales, or community experience is a plus Location: Kolkata / Remote Type: Co-Founder / Equity-based Experience: 1 years preferred
