Senior Manager - Enterprise Business Company: BuildAmbit Location: Noida, Sector 62 Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) Working Days: 5 days a week Employment Type: Full-time About the Role BuildAmbit is looking for a Senior Manager, Enterprise Business to drive and grow our B2B and enterprise business by building relationships with leading organisations. The role will focus on identifying corporate requirements, engaging senior stakeholders, developing enterprise opportunities, and converting them into long-term business partnerships. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in enterprise sales, B2B business development, corporate partnerships, or strategic accounts , with a proven ability to work with senior decision-makers and manage complex sales cycles. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage large and mid-sized organisations across relevant industries. Build strong relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, L&D; Heads, Talent Heads, Business Heads, and Functional Leaders . Understand corporate requirements around employee upskilling, training, talent development, digital transformation, and capability building . Develop and manage the enterprise pipeline from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, closure, and account management . Develop customised solutions based on client requirements in collaboration with internal teams. Build new enterprise accounts while expanding and strengthening existing relationships. Drive repeat business and identify opportunities for account expansion and strategic partnerships . Work closely with Product, Program, Learning, and Leadership teams to create relevant enterprise solutions. Represent BuildAmbit at relevant industry events, conferences, corporate forums, and networking platforms .



Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business updates. What We're Looking For 6 to 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, B2B business development, corporate partnerships, strategic accounts, or enterprise business. Proven experience working with corporate and enterprise clients and managing complex B2B sales cycles. Strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and CXO-level decision-makers . Excellent consultative selling, relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record of building enterprise relationships and delivering business outcomes. Strong commercial orientation with ownership of business and revenue targets. Experience in Education, EdTech, L&D;, HR Tech, SaaS, Consulting, or other B2B businesses will be an advantage. Experience working with the AEC industry will be a plus, but is not mandatory. Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Relevant postgraduate qualifications will be an advantage.
