Role Description This full-time Solidworks Design Engineer role is an on-site position located in Faridabad. The Solidworks Design Engineer will create and modify detailed 3D models, assemblies, and engineering drawings using SolidWorks and other CAD tools. Responsibilities include collaborating with mechanical and electrical engineering teams to develop product designs, performing design reviews, and ensuring that all designs meet functional, safety, and manufacturability requirements. The role involves preparing technical documentation, BOMs, and specifications, as well as supporting prototyping, testing,



and design optimization based on feedback from production and quality teams. The engineer will also work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to meet project timelines and maintain consistent design standards. Qualifications Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering or Design Engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles to product development. Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD), especially SolidWorks, for creating 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings. Experience in Product Design, including concept development, design for manufacturability, and design validation. Basic understanding of Electrical Engineering concepts that interface with mechanical systems is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, or a related technical field. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials selection, and industry standards relevant to mechanical products. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical specifications. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site in Faridabad. Prior experience in a design engineering role within a manufacturing or product development workplace is preferred.
