Hiring: Finacle L3 Support Engineer Location: Chennai (Work from Office) Client: Leading Banking / Core Banking Program Experience: 8 Years Job Description We are looking for an experienced Finacle L3 Support Engineer with solid expertise in Finacle Core Banking , production support, incident management, and banking operations. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in supporting Finacle applications, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring seamless banking operations. Key Responsibilities Provide L3 application support for Finacle Core Banking systems. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within SLA timelines. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions. Support EOD/BOD activities and critical batch processing. Monitor Finacle application health, interfaces, and dependent systems. Coordinate with business users, development teams, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution. Support release deployments, patches, upgrades, and production validations. Handle incident, problem, and change management activities.



Work closely with banking operations teams on transaction-related issues. Maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories. Participate in major incident calls and provide technical resolutions. Mandatory Skills Hands-on experience in Finacle Core Banking (7x/10x/11x) . Strong experience in L2/L3 Production Support . Good knowledge of CASA, Deposits, Loans, Payments, Clearing, GL, Trade Finance modules. Experience in EOD/BOD support activities. Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes. Experience in SQL/Oracle PL/SQL . Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments. Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow/JIRA . Banking domain experience is mandatory. Preferred Skills Finacle customization exposure. Finacle scripting knowledge. Experience in RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, UPI, Clearing operations. Exposure to API integrations and interfaces. ITIL certification.
