Key Responsibilities Account Growth & Business Development: Spearhead client acquisition and organic growth strategies, with a strong emphasis on Real Estate and Luxury/Ultra-Luxury portfolios. Lead strategic pitch presentations and build long-term, C-suite client partnerships. Operational & Account Leadership: Oversee day-to-day account operations, workflow optimization, resource planning, and account profitability to ensure high-quality delivery and operational excellence. Integrated Campaign Strategy: Champion mainline advertising architecture (70% focus across ATL, Brand Positioning, Mass Media, and OOH) while seamlessly integrating 360-degree digital and experiential initiatives. Senior Stakeholder Management: Serve as a core strategic advisor to senior client decision-makers, guiding brand strategy, leading executive reviews, and resolving escalations. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, inspire, and retain a high-performing team across Account Management, Strategy, and Creative, fostering a vibrant, output-driven team culture.
