MANAGER – STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS Location: Noida / Delhi NCR | Hybrid Experience: 2–5 years Employment Type: Full-time ABOUT LIGHTROAD Lightroad is building an impact finance platform focused on unlocking capital for underserved sectors. We design and manage blended finance facilities and funds that bring together philanthropic, public and commercial capital to solve financing challenges across climate, livelihoods, financial inclusion, healthcare, education and skilling . Our work sits at the intersection of development finance and impact . We work with banks and NBFCs, foundations and CSR partners, investors, enterprises, nonprofits and government stakeholders to design and implement scalable financing solutions. Our current work includes areas such as: · Financing electric vehicles for livelihood generation · Enabling affordable working-capital finance for Farmer Producer Organisations · Financing clean-energy and productive-use renewable energy assets for microentrepreneurs · Developing financing mechanisms across circular economy, livelihoods and healthcare · Designing blended finance funds, guarantee facilities and other catalytic financing structures THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced partnerships professional to help Lightroad mobilise capital and build strategic relationships with funders and investors in India and internationally. The role will cover the full partnership lifecycle: identifying potential partners, developing funding propositions, preparing proposals and RFPs, managing senior stakeholder discussions, closing partnerships,



and managing relationships after funding is secured. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of CSR funders, philanthropic foundations, family offices, impact investors and other institutional partners • Manage fundraising and capital mobilisation for Lightroad’s blended finance facilities, funds and impact initiatives • Build and manage relationships with senior decision-makers across India and international markets • Lead development of grant proposals, concept notes, RFP responses, EOIs, investor presentations and partnership proposals • Translate financing structures and impact propositions into compelling opportunities for different funders and investors • Manage existing partnerships, including reporting, renewals, stakeholder engagement and opportunities to deepen relationships • Identify relevant funding opportunities, RFPs and calls for proposals • Maintain the fundraising pipeline and track prospects, proposals, next steps and expected closures • Represent Lightroad at relevant conferences, roundtables and ecosystem forums WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR • 2-5 years of relevant experience in fundraising, strategic partnerships, philanthropy, CSR, impact investing, development finance,



international development or related areas • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, Commerce, Public Policy, Development Studies, International Relations or a related field • Demonstrated experience in institutional fundraising • Robust experience developing grant proposals, concept notes and RFP responses • Experience independently managing funder or investor relationships • Strong network across one or more of: CSR, philanthropy foundations, family offices, impact investors, DFIs • Excellent written communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills • Ability to understand complex ideas and translate them into compelling funding propositions • Strong ownership, follow-through and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously We are looking for someone who can build strong relationships, understand what different funders and investors are looking for, and convert opportunities into partnerships and capital.
